Does The Load Operation Of Elevator Motor Cause The Elevator Motor To Overheat?
- Jan 18, 2019 -

(1) The elevator motor operates under overload for a long time. The stator current is much higher than the rated current and the motor is overheated.

(2) If the elevator motor  starts frequently, the starting time is too long or the starting interval is too short, the temperature rise of the motor will be too high.

(3) The tracted mechanical fault increases the output of the motor, or is stuck or the speed of the motor decreases sharply, which makes the current of the motor increase sharply and overheat.

(4) The working mode of the elevator motor  does not match the load working mode. For example, the motor of short-term cycle working mode is used to drive the load of continuous and long-term work.
